The firm’s employer clients include financial institutions, post secondary institutions, not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing, sales, professionals (dentists/doctors/accountants), retail establishments, medical associations and international organizations. We assist our clients in both day-to-day advice as well as with litigation support in all aspects of employment law.
Workplace investigations
Robinson Employment Law LLP’s employment lawyers provide third party workplace investigation and reporting services to organizations where a neutral third party’s experienced opinion is required. Employers may find the need to hire us to complete an on-site investigation into allegations of misconduct. Our lawyers are efficient and effective. They conduct the investigations without bias and provide the employer with a comprehensive report making findings of fact to assist in resolving the matter.
Training
Kevin Robinson has have extensive experience providing training to organizations and employees.
We also provide one-on-one coaching on behalf of organizations where specific individuals may need assistance in understanding their legal obligations in the workplace.
